Will I receive an FSA debit card and can I get more than one?

Yes. You will receive a Discovery Benefits VISA card for use with your FSA. Contact Discovery Benefits at 1-866-451-3399 to request additional cards.

I selected a General-Purpose FSA. What can I use that money for?

Funds in your General-Purpose FSA can be used to pay health plan deductibles and co-payments as well as dental, vision and other medical expenses.

Funds in your Limited-Purpose FSA can be used to pay for dental and vision expenses.

$2,550.00 is the maximum amount for both the General-Purpose and the Limited-Purpose FSA.

Does my FSA balance roll over year to year? What happens to FSA funds not used by the end of the plan year?

FSA funds do not roll over. However, participants can use the FSA funds during the Grace Period (January 1 through March 15). Any funds not used after the Run-out period (March 16 through April 30) will be forfeited.

Why am I receiving a new MySource card from DataPath?
A
Participants are receiving a new MySource card because their current card has expired. Participants who have a balance on their 2014 DataPath FSA account may use the new card to access their 2014 FSA monies until the end of the Grace Period. The Grace Period for 2014 funds is January 1, 2015 thru March 15, 2015. Participants should use their new DataPath FSA card until their 2014 FSA account reaches a zero balance or thru March 15, 2015.
